  The University of Nottingham Human Rights Law Centre is committed to the promotion and protection of human rights and the establishment and strengthening of the rule of law worldwide. It carries out its work by means of research, training, publications and capacity building. It collaborates with governments, intergovernmental organisations, academics, students and civil society, and has implemented programmes in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

  INNOCENT is a Manchester-based organisation which supports and campaigns for innocent people in prison. INNOCENT is made up of families, friends and supporters of wrongly convicted prisoners who have come together in order to help each other. It is an independent organisation.

• United Against Injustice
  United Against Injustice is the national federation of groups campaigning against miscarriages of justice. It holds a major public meeting every October. Important documents on the site include No Smoke Without Fire by Jill Morrell, a guide for victims of miscarriage of justice and their supporters.
