High Court Judge Condenms Climate Change DVD

A High Court Judge has criticised Al Gore's DVD, An Inconvenient Truth, which highlights the issues of global warming and climate change.  Gore's DVD has been sent out to hundreds of schools and colleges in England and Wales to be shown to students.
 
Mr Justice Burton said the government could still send the film to schools - if accompanied by guidance giving the other side of the argument.
He was ruling on an attempt by a Kent school governor to ban the film from secondary schools.
